My art camp starts today. I am so excited. We are painting self portraits and other fun crafts. Maybe I should have called it craft camp...Anyway, I had so much to do yesterday and instead of checking things off my list....
Why? I think it might be related to my Crafting A.D.D. And, well, I wanted them to match my green tablecloths and yellow water bowls.
I love the wrapped tins! It's the little things that make all the difference :)
ReplyDeleteAll your supplies look gorgeous now - it will get you in the right frame of mind! Have fun in the camp!! You'll have to show us your projects when you're done.
ReplyDeleteso who is coming to this camp besides your kids???
ReplyDeleteI wish I could go!
ReplyDeleteWow, I'm impressed. Your art camp sounds super fun and will obviously be the best accessorized camp around! My daughter's in an art camp this week but I'm pretty sure their containers don't match the tablecloth. I'm just hoping to get a piece of art out of the deal!
ReplyDeleteLove the wrapped cans...and the water bowls are awesome! Love is in the details...I think you've got that down!
ReplyDeleteSissy, those are wonderful. Tell us more about our camp. Is it for neighborhood kids? What a wonderful idea!
ReplyDeleteI love using the salsa bowls as the water bowls! Can't wait to see the portraits!
ReplyDeleteI love the wrapped cans and water bowls, that is definitely something I would do too!!! Have a great camp, can't wait to hear how it goes!
ReplyDeletewhere do you get your wrapping paper?!! let me run right out and get the same blue and green one on the end. Of course you did that. i would expect nothing less. It will make you so happy the whole time. can't wait to hear about it. xo
ReplyDeletesounds like a one day! love the set up.:)
ReplyDeleteI could use a craft distraction right now! Looks like a fun day ahead of you!
ReplyDeleteWow, I really want to be one of your campers!
ReplyDeleteCUTE! Camp looks so much fun!!
ReplyDeletelove these - am tempted to have a go now myself! KG
ReplyDeleteAdorable! The prep for something like this is more than half the fun! Love the pretty paper clad containers. That's a great craft project in and of itself!
ReplyDeleteYes! Getting ready is half the fun! Which explains why I would spend HOURS "setting the scene" before playing Barbies as a kid. I am SO jealous of your art camp/craft camp...enjoy!
ReplyDeleteIs it sad that I'm jealous of your campers?? Looks so cute and fun!
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a great week Love!

What is the best adhesive to use to secure the paper to the tin can? Is there a specific brand of glue you would recommend? Thank you!
