Have you ever wondered what the world's most expensive sock looks like? Well wonder no more...
Ta Da! It is really small and not much to look at. Here it is shortly after Billy (remember him from this post?) fished it out of my washing machine drainage hose. Yep, that little wayward sock cost me $200.
I wish I could have spent the money on....

Or my favorite Blue Sky Wedge.
One problem. The heels are almost 5 inches high. I sometimes fall off my clogs. Their heel is about 2 inches high. Maybe if I get a pole (like a tight rope walker) to help with my balance I could attempt to wear these. Practical? No. But do I always have to be practical just because I'm the mom?
But wait, what if I combined the two?

Oh, don't worry. I am not going to actually wear this. I don't think. What about you? Socks and sandals? You have got to have some attitude to pull it off. And evidently, legs the size of toothpicks!

ReplyDeleteI fall over in flats sometimes, so wedges are just too scary for me. Too bad, though. I really love the look!
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love the cleo platform wedges! I too am a little worried about the height, but they're too cute for words! Now socks with sandals on the other hand are a little too much for me!

ReplyDeleteThe models in the J.Crew catalog look adorable with socks and sandals and heels! But my legs don't look like that! Wish I could pull it off!
ReplyDeletethe socks and sandals look cute, sexy, fun. however you have to have the right tude to pull it off. hope you know the whereabouts of the matching $200 sock so it doesn't wind up to be a $400 pair of socks, darn it.
ReplyDeletei wear this look often. i have long legs, so i guess that helps. also, i feel better when i have socks on. weird. i know.
ReplyDeleteHahah, I can relate to the $200 sock. Always something unexpected that costs us the most. Cute pics and post.
