A whole bunch of magazines. A friend of my mom's, who is now a friend of mine, called to say she was weeding out and cleaning up. Did I want 8 miles of magazines? Are you kidding? It was like Christmas. For big kids. This is the beauty of blogging.
These are only some of the many magazines I will now be caring for.
And I have been giving them lots of attention. I am having a ball going through them. Veranda, Traditional Home, Southern Accents..some as far back as 1991.
There were so many I had to put them under my guest room bed. No room in the Inn under my bed. I may start leaving stacks around the house. I think these photos prove stacks of magazines can look just as good as books.
It's amazing how some of the homes were decorated almost 20 years ago and they still look good. Just goes to show that good taste never goes out of style.
Thank you so much Linda and don't forget you have very liberal visitation rights.

The last time I saw these they were on our dining room table. So glad they have found a new home! And thanks for helping my mom declutter, she couldn't part with them if they were just going to the curb.

ReplyDeleteI L-O-V-E magazines - even my postman has commented on the number of magazines I receive :) I too am challenged with storage space for them - but they have been known to accumulate in piles in various rooms in our house, much to the chagrin of my hubby - SIGH.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you hit the motherlode! Enjoy!
I wish I could peruse them with you! I am sure they are choc full of inspiration and future blog posts...
