The Big Green Warehouse

Oh, what a day! Warsaw was a great success. We had so much fun! The day was dreary and COLD but we were warm and dry in my car and yakked our heads off the whole way. How often do you get the chance to talk uninterrupted for a whole hour? It was just what I needed. Did I tell you I have had either Cricket or Clay home sick from school for over a week? Yes, I said OVER a week!! So I felt like I had been released from prison. OK, maybe prison is a little harsh but you get the idea. I took a few pictures to share:

The Big Green Warehouse

The nice ladies who will take all your money

Folding table with Metal Top: $85

We ran into our cute friend Cindy S.

Metal Folding Chair: $25

I felt like I should buy four of these because they are just so darn cool but I didn't need them so I left them behind for someone else, was I wrong?

Carved Wooden Chair: $50

Nesting Tables: $95 (also available in yellow and white)

Metal Cart/Side Table: $95

Vintage Metal Toy Car: $50

I don't know if you can tell by the picture but it is big enough for a child to actually ride in. It would be perfect for a little boy's room and that little boy was almost Butterball but he REALLY doesn't need one more thing!!

Tall Blue Vase: $10

Headboard: $325

Ornate Mirror: $225

Crown Mirror: $85

That's me on the left and Betsy P. in the Big Green Warehouse. And yes, I know...some eye makeup would do me a world of good!!! But what the heck, we had a blast! I'll let you know in advance the next time a show is coming up. They usually have 4-5 a year, we can meet there. If you have any fabulous items you bought in Warsaw let me know! You can leave the info in my comment box. I think Bill fixed it so you don't have to sign up for a Google account to leave a message.

I will show you what I bought tomorrow!

  1. You mean I can't drive to Warsaw and buy six of those blue wooden chairs?! Because I want them! And the blue ornate mirror. And the folding table with the metal top! You get the picture. No, I really do want the chairs. Can I get them?! Oh, and a blue vase for $10 would not break the bank...Y'all look too cute in that picture.

Thanks for reading! Also, I have good news..I checked and Athens is ONLY 369 miles from Warsaw, NC. that's 6 hours 26 mins according to mapquest. I'll let you know when the next sale is, we can't let a few miles get in the way of a good deal!
