Honestly I've never been interested in birkenstocks in my life ever. I've always thought they were the ugliest shoes on the planet. Until I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis that is. I bought a pair of the gizehs (pictured in the last two photos) in red patent. They are like wearing a pair of orthotics and I love them. They are the cutest pair of ugly shoes I can wear!!

...if you have ever tried a pair on you won't question. I think they are the ultimate of comfort and casual. Love them...glad they are back!
