I don't usually post recipes because well...most recipes are too complicated and have too many ingredients. Maybe I have ADD but if I see more than 5 or 6 ingredients my mind starts to wonder...like wondering if I should get take out. But recently I saw Jessica Seinfeld on Good Morning America and then again in my People magazine. She's got a new cook book out...
Thought this looked interesting and since one of her recipes was featured in People I decided to give it a try.
If you don't count the salt, pepper, water and olive oil it only has 5 ingredients and it cooks all in one pot.
I made this all by my little self and it was delish!!
5 out of 5 stars and super easy. My kids even liked it and 13 year old twins and a 5 year old are a pretty tough crowd.

I avoid cooking at all costs. I try to pretend like I am too cool for it, really I just am awful. I saw her promoting her book the other day and immediately wanted to buy it. Good to know you had a good experience.

Oooooh, thanks - I am going to try it. I hate recipes that use lots of pots and pans. Dirty dishes are so annoying. :)
ReplyDeleteStrangely, I follow her on Instagram. Don't know how that follow began but I've been seeing her cookbook and wanting to try it. Now, I really must try it out!
