Did you see this amazing makeover from Vintage Revival? I found it on Lisa Roy's blog. I love it and this is exactly what I had in mind when I bought...
This fabulous chaise lounge. Have I done anything with it yet? Well, no. I don't seem to have the time or space for it. Do you need a project? If you live in Wilmington and are in the mood to play with some burlap straps, I am selling this chaise lounge for $25. E-mail if you are interested: siskotte@ec.rr.com. Otherwise it is going in my attic...to the abandoned furniture corner. So sad.

What a great chaise! It would be the perfect project for this :)
ReplyDeletePoor chaise. Yes, someone please adopt him and take him to a good time. Surely Ann could use another project since she did such a great job with your daybed!
ReplyDeleteMeant to type good "home" not good "time." That sounded a little odd. Too early to type apparently!
ReplyDeleteOh this chaise would turn out beautifully, I wish I lived closer, it would be a done deal!
ReplyDeleteBy the way that wallpaper below, astounding!
I hope you come visit & tell me what you think of my fall decor.....so far!

Oh, I know your pain. I had a massive yardsale this summer to get rid of all my unfinished projects. I just had to come to terms with the fact that I will not get them finished, nor would I have space for them if I did.
ReplyDeleteAnd here is the sick part... I secretly wish I lived closer because I would totally get that. Hoarder. I. am.
Is the chaise done with wicker? I would have definitely adopted it if I was in your area.
