OK. In truth they never really left. He has just relaxed his standards. After almost 7 months of the same outfit he has branched out (Yes, I let him wear the same dang thing every single day for months and months. Why? Why not? He was happy and it is all about keeping baby happy) Now he does not have to wear his Gobbers all day every day. Just most days in the afternoon.
I love the Gobbers and hope he wears them (in some fashion) on his wedding day! Too cute, Sissy!
ReplyDeleteI missed the goobers! I think when (if) they are ever retired they need to be framed:)))
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, your baby does not look like a baby anymore! He has really grown in the gobber off season. At least he wears clothes. My son is pretty much only in his underwear around the house. Except yesterday when he wore a cup for his first b-ball game. He proceeded to walk around the house in that for the rest of the day.
ReplyDeleteLol my son has something similar he won't leave. EVER. He calls it his baba (blanket). It use to be mint green now its gray with holes everywhere. I managed to fine a look alike a while back and switched them out. Of course he new something wasn't right since it was new but still took to it. Thank God. I'm guessing butterball only has one pair of goobers. Girl how have they held up??? Lol My sons blanket is about to kick the bucket, I'm dreading the day.....
ReplyDeleteI need a good Gobber post on a Monday. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteOh I love that kid. So glad to see he is still rocking the Gobbers. I love these posts, and he has done some serious growing!
ReplyDeleteThis just made me burst out laughing....he is a funny boy! Hope he's wearing them when we come down in June for orientation!

ReplyDeleteYAY Gobbers!!! I think you need a Mommy pair. Or at least a matching bathing suit.
ReplyDeleteheheehe, i got a good chuckle out of this post! the little boy i babysat wore his swim team jammers almost everyday over the summer-- he thought he was SO cool!
ReplyDeleteHe is Adorable. I love all the pictures of him in his gobbers! And you definitely have to keep them forevah.
ReplyDeleteSissy,
ReplyDeleteI have the cheetah print rug like the one by your door...Shaw Rug. Wish I could find another. Can't remember where I got it...a while ago! Any ideas?
Tonya
Ha! He's totally grown up since the start of the short saga :)!! x
ReplyDeletee-a-t-able!
ReplyDeleteYou are one evolved mom! I would of fought with him to make a wardrobe change. You have to save those clothes so that "something old" can be sewed into the lining of his bride's wedding dress!
