I am trying to finish up some projects around my house before I start new ones. This is unusual for me. Wish me luck. Next up are the fabric covered panels for Cricket's built-in bed. I ordered the fabric 6 months ago, so it's about time to get going. I just need a little help.
Or maybe a flower...there are several styles to choose from.

The subtle contrast is quite nice or tone on tone is my vote! Can't wait to see your finished project. BTW, are you still doing your triathlon training? I'm hoping to squeeze at least on in this summer.
ReplyDeleteblue & white is gorgeous - looking forward to seeing the end result x
ReplyDeleteTone on tone.

I like the idea of felt or pom poms but I feel like as Cricket gets older she may outgrow it. Button tufting will always be a classic. But I think the idea will look cute either way!
ReplyDeletei think tone on tone will look great BUT it's a tough call. can't wait to see it!
ReplyDeleteI kind of like the felt flowers but always like the button tufting too.
ReplyDeleteI have a cute giveaway today from Laken&Lila. Stop by! fun2bkids.blogspot.com
Those are some darling ideas! The pom poms are adorable, as are the flowers.. you have a tough choice :) I might choose the button tufting just for longevity! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI might opt for the button tufting as well. Maybe you could use the pom poms or felt flowers somewhere less permanent like a pillow? Just a thought. I'm sure it will look great regardless! Can't wait to see . . .
ReplyDeleteI like the third picture down. A little frilly. That's just me... a little frilly
ReplyDeleteall these choices!
ReplyDeleteluv the pom for a girls room. what if you tuft it and add poms or flowers like a button cover. as she becomes too sophisticated.....any day now? off they come

gosh, I'm so not the craft one. Just want to say hi and good luck! :)
ReplyDeleteI'd go for button tufting. Tamara from nestprettythings did a cool headboard tufted with different colored buttons, maybe you'd want to check it out.
ReplyDeleteI am never any help, b/c I always think ALL of your ideas sound so good! I just know I am going to love what you end up doing!
ReplyDeleteI love those flowers. I have both of those dies. They look really good in monotone.
