A Diet Coke, a good book ( maybe The Summer We Read Gatsby) and a nap in this fabulous little nook. Am I asking too much?

Ah, yes, Lulu's apartment! I could only dare to dream, but what a nice dream!
ReplyDeleteI recently finished The Summer We Read Gatsby, and it's very cute. Not a real page turner, but a good summer read.
ReplyDeleteVery cool.. like the art too! xx
ReplyDeleteVery little to ask, my dear! There is nothing like a nook to make me feel safe...with a Diet Coke, a terrific book, and I would add a wonderful throw, you are talking a little piece of heaven.
ReplyDeleteBest,
Colleen
I am actually going to the beach (alone!) soon...I'll need to check out this book. Love the nook!
ReplyDeletenot at all :) love lulu's house!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely not asking too much! I want all that too!
ReplyDeleteYou won't get it if you don't ask for it. But I think a lot of people are dreaming of having that apartment. Ahhh..I'll just take a nook and diet coke!
ReplyDeleteNot to much to ask for a busy momma! I want to climb in there with you...
ReplyDeleteLulu's home is gorgeous! I would love a little nook like that! Please check out my blog Living Luxe for Less if you would like to see the post I did last week on being inspired by Moroccan design. This reminded me of it!

I remember when I first saw this apartment years ago when it got published in Elle Decor. I fell in love with it then and I still am smitten.
ReplyDeleteAt the time I was living in a crappy little apartment & working as a struggling decorative artist. I read in the article that she was one (well not struggling)as well and it gave me hope to dream big (despite the fact that I didn't have her social connections.) Everytime I see her place it reminds me of those days and how far I've come and how much farther I want to go.
Can't wait to see her next place!
no no. i want the same things!!! ;)
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog through Lisa at Hamptontoes. It is fabulous!
