Good Home Needed

The Blue Hydrangea Barn Sale went well. Very well. I did have a few fun pieces that didn't sell so, like the pink bedding that found a fabulous new home, I am going to offer them to my readers first. The first item for sell is a pine corner cupboard. Or at least the bottom half. I am most anxious to find a home for this piece of furniture because my husband refuses to put it back in the attic. Why?

(just an example to get you excited and in the buying mood)

Well, when we were renovating the upstairs we had some brilliant workers. So brilliant that when they framed up the attic after moving all our furniture in, they made the door too small. Now you can't get any furniture out unless you take out a window and lower it down with ropes. Lots of fun believe me. My husband got the pine piece out of the attic, but he refuses to hoist it back up.

It reminds me a lot of this chest from Jen West's house. Of course, I am sure hers is very nice. Mine is just nice....which is reflected in the price.

You can help save this poor soul from the orphanage for only $45. If you live in/near Wilmington and would be willing to provide a good safe home, e-mail me: siskotte@ec.rr.com

Mirror, Mirror on the wall. Not an endangered species, the mirror will fit through the attic door. Still, if she could find a good home, all the better. $40

Have a great weekend!!
