Pile It On

I love accessories....especially jewelry.
There has rarely been a silver necklace or bracelet I haven't felt a little love for.

love chunky tuquoise

And my motto has always been "Why wear one when you can wear three or four?"

Them ore the merrier

The only problem is keeping all that silver clean. I have a strand of large vintage silver beads that are so heavy they give me a neck ache when I wear them. My feelings of joy over-ride the discomfort but cleaning those beads is an even bigger pain.

stacks of bracelets. Hello!! I want to hang with these girls.

But now thanks to the Internet I have found the answer to my tarnished silver...a simple cleaning trick with water, salt, baking soda and vinegar. You have got to try it. It works like a charm.
You can watch the video here
Give it a try and let me know what you think.

  1. My mother-n-law showed me this trick. Baking soda is like the best thing on earth. She and my husband also mix it with water for heartburn. Works like a charm!
