Too Old?

I am tired of the cold. I miss my cut off Levis. Shorts and tights: only for those under 30? Thoughts?

  3. I too have wondered and am afraid the wondering is the answer

that being said, who cares if we are, life's too short.

  5. I think I would have to pass. Not because of my age necessarily (although I think that would be part of it), but because I would feel a little out of place hitting the grocery, Target and thrift stores in this get-up. But, if I lived in LA, I would be all over it!

  6. I'm with appletree. I hate that I find myself asking these questions more and more. Why can't I just look like Jen Aniston?

P.S. I'll come over and paint/play anytime! Your weather is warmer too!

  8. Love the look and I wore it during my 20s. But my rule is if you have any sign of crow's feet - it's not for you. If you don't - go for it!! :)

  15. hmmm. I think it's best left for the under 30 set and I'm a 40 something who likes her legs!
Usually if I have to ask it means that I'm not 100% on side.

  16. I'm having the same quandry over some ridiculous caged shoes with bronze lining and tassels. I keep thinking "but Kelly Wearstler wears crazy shoes and she's almost exactly my age."

  18. um, if your legs look like in those pics, rock the shorts. who cares if you're over 30?! you only live once. 40 is the new 30. over 40 is pushing it tho.

  19. def. not too old eva, if you can rock it, do it. I personally don't like the look. I think Katie Holmes wore it and that is why I am not fan now.

  20. If you can do it and rock it go ahead. I tried it last week and was constantly adjusting and looking at my reflection in every passing window. It must have shown because my husband said "I could tell you were overreaching with that one" :) ahh honesty.

  22. if you love it....why not, the good question is not about years....but about your feeling, my sister is a beautiful 56th, and the last time i saw her, in France, (we are french) she did it, with a very nice Chanel style vest, and flat shoes.....and it was appropriate because she feel good and free.
    enjoy the life
    voila
