So, get you a bike, get you a basket, a cute outfit and you're good to go for Spring!
It is about time to start back up on our bike rides to school and the grocery store. O.K. I have never ridden my bike to the store, but I could if I wanted to. Maybe. I am going to have to work on my wardrobe a little. What about you? Do you bike to school, work or the grocery store?

I want a Liberty print bike from Target! Sadly, around here I can not bike! Either huffing and puffing up a loooong steep hill or careening and braking and screaming my way down it...clearly I have tried! My next home will be in a flat land zone for sure!
ReplyDeleteA bike is on my list.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been on a bike in a really, really long time. I like the idea of bikes though, and if I had any of the cute ones you pictured, I would ride every weekend!
ReplyDeleteHaving a few bikes for different reasons...triathlons, beach cruiser, mountain biking and a tandem bike for riding with my husband...I'm never sporting one of those cute ensembles when bike riding. Hmmm...maybe I'll have to with my beach cruiser, but I won't skip on the helmet. Cute post!
ReplyDeleteI am ready for a spring ride! These are all so pretty!!
ReplyDeleteI have not been on a bike since I was a teenager - I'm inspired :)
ReplyDeleteMe too, me too!! I can't belive I don't have a bike at the moment!
ReplyDeleteI rode a bike in college exactly once. That one time I ran a girl over, like she had tire marks on her face, just ran right over her. I get nervous just looking at a bike, but I wish I could be cool like them. Maybe one of those scooter skate boards?
ReplyDeleteI wish I could ride a bike around here without risking my life. Boston drivers are known to hit bikers so till that changes I am stuck walking- but maybe when we move I can finally get a fun pink bike :)
ReplyDeleteYes, I do have an old vintage bike with the original basket and bell! I love it and ride it sunday mornings downtown for a latte. Pretty images.

ps ~ I found you through a comment you left at Newlywed Diaries re my house. Nice to meet you.
This reminds me of the earth cruiser I had when I went to UNCW. I got an awesome mint green bike a couple of years ago for my birthday.
ReplyDeleteI'm having a giveaway you might like !
my bike is sporty. but my ass is high and tight.
ReplyDeleteOh how fun!!! I long for a cute vintage bike like this!! Then I'd need to buy hundreds of new outfits to ride around in. :)
ReplyDeleteSo cute and timely-I just brought my bike back to the city. Looking forward to a little exercise and hopefully staying away from the taxis!
ReplyDeleteOh what fun! I wish I had a stylish bike like all the ones you featured.
ReplyDeleteI haven't used my bikes in years. I think it's time to dusk it off, spraypaint it pink and use it!

This makes me want a cute bike so badly!
ReplyDeleteIt's on my Mother's Day Wish List! Basket & All!
ReplyDeleteI'm a new fan of your blog... love it!
ReplyDeleteI'm obsessed with the Liberty of London bike from Target and would love to get it so I could dress super cute and bike down to the farmer's market on Saturday mornings. The thing is I'm a bit clumsy and fear I would get hit by a car or fall over and hit my head on the curb which could lead to severe head injury. Dramatic? Yes. Possible? Knowing me, YES! I mean I can't exactly look super cute in protective head gear riding down to the farmer's market, can I? Maybe I'll just find a cute vintage bike and take pictures posing all natural-like next to it?
Hi! Just found your blog today through Lavender and Lilies, and am so glad I did :-) Love this bike post. I so wish I had places that I could actually ride a bike to, but the sad fact is, I don't. We live in the country where there are lots of hills and not much of anything close by. (boo) But, your post was inspiring just the same! Made me so excited about this lovely warm weather. - Just by reading the title of your blog, I know we must have things in common. You'll have to visit and see my layout/background to know what I mean :-)! Nice to meet you ~Kristin from Windy Poplars http://windy-poplars.blogspot.com
